Time Mission Corp. ("Time Mission Corp.," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. Data We Collect

We may collect a limited amount of personal data when you engage with our corporate website or brand-wide services, including:

Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages (for example, through a sign-up form on our website), we collect your mobile number, your consent to receive messages, the date and time you opted in, and the page or form you used. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our messages for us (such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers), and only so they can provide that service. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not included in any information shared with advertising platforms.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Data from Time Mission Locations

Most participant data (e.g., bookings, gameplay, waivers) is collected by and owned by the individual Operator. Time Mission Corp. may store and process that data on behalf of the Operator, but does not independently own it.

Use of Data

We use the data we collect to:

Operate & Improve our corporate website and brand-wide operations.

Conduct Advertising & Marketing, using hashed data to measure campaign performance.

Respond to your communications or requests.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures (e.g., encryption, secure servers) to protect all data we handle, including data we store on behalf of Operators. However, the Operators remain the owners of that data. Any further questions about how a specific Time Mission location safeguards your information should be directed to that location's operator.

Your Rights & Choices

Cookies/Tracking: Most browsers let you limit or refuse cookies, which may affect site functionality.

Opt Out of Emails: You can unsubscribe from our brand-wide emails at any time via the link in each email or by contacting us.

Location-Specific Data: For booking or gameplay information, contact the Operator directly, as they are the data owners and determine how that data is handled.

Children's Privacy

Children under 18 may only participate in Time Mission with legal guardian consent. Each location may have additional policies regarding minors. If you have concerns about a minor's data, contact the relevant Operator or Time Mission Corp. directly if stored on our servers.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may engage providers for website hosting & analytics, email/newsletter distribution, and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads). These parties only receive the data necessary to perform services and cannot use it for other purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not included in any information shared with advertising platforms.
